Exit at 188th Street, make left at the light, cross the expressway, turn left onto McLaughlin Avenue (by Temple Israel), drive three blocks and make a right turn onto Palermo Street. Follow winding road to hospital.

"F Train (IND Line - to Jamaica) to end of line - 179th St. & Hillside Avenue (ride in front cars). At Hillside Avenue take Bus #1, 43 36, 76 or 77 east to 191st Street ^ Hillside Avenue. Walk north on 191 Street for two blocks and turn right onto Palo Alto Avenue, proceed one block to hospital. Or: take care service located directly at front subway exit on south side of Hillside Avenue & 179th Street.

Take bus #17 to 188th Street & Hillside Avenue. Walk up 188th Street for two blocks, turn right onto Palo Alto Avenue, proceed two blocks to hospital.

BY LONG ISLAND RAILROAD
Take railroad to Jamaica Station, Jamaica. At Hillside Avenue, take Bus #43 east to 191 Street. Walk north on 191 Street for two blocks, turn right onto Palo Alto Avenue, proceed one block to hospital.

BY BUS
From Flushing
Take Buss #75 or #17 to 188th Street & Hillside Avenue, walk up 188th Street for two blocks, turn right onto Palo Alto Avenue, proceed two blocks to hospital.

From the Bronx
Take Bus #Q44 from West Farms Square to 150th Street & Hillside Avenue. At Hillside Avenue transfer to Bus #43 to 191st Street and Hillside Avenue. Walk north on 191 Street for two blocks and turn right onto Palo Alto Avenue, proceed one block to hospital.

From the West:
Bus lines #1, 43, 36, 86 or 77 east to 191 Street and Hillside Avenue. Walk north on 191 Street for two blocks and turn right onto Palo Alto Avenue, proceed one block to hospital.

From Nassau & Suffolk:
Bus lines 22 from Hicksville and N22A from Roosevelt Field run along Hillside Avenue to Jamaica Terminal. Notify driver to stop at 191st Street. Walk north on 191 Street for two blocks and turn right onto Palo Alto Avenue, proceed one block to hospital.

From Grand Central Parkway (Eastbound)
Exit at 188th Street, follow service road to the light, cross 188th Street, bear right onto McLaughlin Avenue, drive three blocks and make right turn onto Palermo Street. Follow winding road to hospital.

From Throgs Neck Bridge
Take Clearview Expressway south to Grand Central Parkway West. Proceed as above.

From Whitestone Bridge
Take Cross Island Parkway south to Clearview Expressway exit. Take Clearview Expressway to Grand Central Parkway West. Proceed as above.

From Triboro Bridge
Take Grand Central Parkway East. Proceed as above.

From Brooklyn
Take Jackie Robinson Parkway East to Grand Central Parkway East. Proceed as above. OR: Take Belt Parkway east to Van Wyck Expressway north, exit at Union Turnpike. You will be on Main Street. Make a right onto Grand Central parkway service road (east). Take service road to 188th Street and proceed as above Eastbound directions.

From Suffolk and Nassau County
Take Northern State Parkway West, this turns into the Grand Central Parkway once you enter Queens. Proceed as above Westbound directions. OR: Take Long Island Expressway to Clearview Expressway south to grand Central Parkway West. Proceed as above.

From New Jersey
Take Verrazzano Bridge to Belt Parkway east to Cross Island parkway North, to Grand Central Parkway West. Proceed as above.
